Termitech has
a large number of commercial clients, and we have several SuperTechs who
specialize in this field. Keeping your commercial property bug free is
imperative! Depending upon your type of business, you may be subject to
health inspections, and maintaining good customer relations (and just keeping
your customers!) impels businesses to pay particular attention to their pest
control needs. Commercial businesses include restaurants, food processing
plants, bakeries, all types of business offices, convenience stores, warehouses,
and various manufacturing facilities .
Termitech is ready, willing and
more than able to service your commercial business. We take care of inside
and outside areas, including cafeterias, kitchens, rest rooms, vending areas,
loading docks, product storage areas and individual offices. Low and no
odor treatments are used whenever possible. Outside treatment of your
commercial property is maintained with the use of long lasting granules and
residual dusts around the entire perimeter of your building. Rodent
control is provided as necessary and is included in your regular service.
In addition, other animal control and removal is available as a special service.
Institutional
Institutions such as hospitals,
nursing homes, and medical offices, as well as the public buildings maintained
by our local governments and schools, all require special and regular attention
to pest control. Termitech uses no odor gels in kitchenette and food
preparation areas, rest rooms and unoccupied examination rooms. Patient
rooms are also treated with no odor gels. Special care is taken when
pesticides are applied in operating rooms and labs. Our specialists always
wear sterile, non-contaminating suits over hair, clothing and shoes.
For your convenience, cafeterias
are always treated during non-operating hours. Rodent control and
maintenance of your electrical rooms is handled on a routine basis. If your
facility has its own generating electrical plant, or any loading docks and
warehouses, we also include those areas in your contract. Offices are also
treated as necessary, upon request.
Termitech is well qualified to
handle any animal control and removal that you may require on a special and as
needed basis. This includes problems you may be having with squirrels,
raccoons, snakes, bats, birds and any other destructive or dangerous animals.
